The competition progresses through three levels.

Level One

Design sketch/illustration will need to be created for a specification both in either the category of image or style. If a person wants to participate in both categories, he/she will need to register twice.

A panel of eminent judges from the fields of Image, art, and design will select the top 25 entries on the basis of the idea and concept as per the given specification.

Level Two

The 25 selected participants will enter level two. They will be required to make a 10 slide, PowerPoint presentation elaborating upon their design submitted at level one.

A panel of eminent judges from the fields of Image ,art and design will select the top 10 entries in each category ( Image & Style) on the basis of the detailing added to their initial concept, submitted at level one.

Level Three

The jury will carefully study each presentation and select 6 entries in each category ( image & style) and conduct a viva/question round over a virtual platform.

The final announcement of winners in each category of Image & Style will include:

• Second
• Consolation

Eligibility

• The competition is open to all above the age of 18 years under the mentioned categories. Employees of brand partners and their immediate family are not eligible to enter or receive a prize.
• Registration Fee

The registration fee for the competition is Rs.1800/- inclusive of GST . Once you have registered and paid the fee,it is non- refundable

• Entry Period

Submission time for each level will end at 12 pm on the notified date.

• Winner Selection
• All entries will be judged by the committed jury at all the three levels. The decision of the jury of Image & Style Icon 2K22, as applicable, shall be final and legally binding as it pertains to this Contest. The winning entry will be announced on Facebook, Instagram and websites of the company.

• Entry Protocol
• Your Entry must meet the following criteria:
• Must be your own original work.
• May only contain content, for which you have all required consents and approvals.
• Cannot contain, as determined by ‘Image & Style Icon 2k22’, one of its kind virtual contest – illustrations / sketches should not be sexually explicit, derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, or which communicates a messages inconsistent with the positive good will to which we wish to associate.

• Must follow all rules as described in each level of the contest as well as general rules.
• Submissions must not:
• (a) violate any third party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity
  (b) contain defamatory statements
  (c) include threats to any person, place, business, or group; or
  (d) be obscene or indecent.
• Any elements that appear in the submission, including, without limitation, images, text, or other materials used must be entirely original and created by the entrant, or be in the public domain. Use of any elements that are not original or in the public domain will result in disqualification of a submission, in Image & Style Icon 2K22 sole discretion.
• By submitting an entry, you represent that:
• (a) you are the creator of the submission
  (b) you own all rights to the submission
  (c) the submission does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• • Prizes

  (a)Prize(s) will be as announced in the order of consolation, second and first prize in  for two categories, namely Image & Style.
  (b) Prize claim deadline: 14 (fourteen) days after the notification.
  (c) Winners will be notified via mail and announced over our social media platforms and website.

   Disclaimer and Force Majeure

  • Renu Mehra Image Consulting, ALL of Finesse, Sponsor, and the other Promotion Entities are not responsible for:
  • (a) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest
    (b) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entries
    (c) cancellations, postponements, or delays
    (d) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder
    (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest
    (f) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries
    (g) or any other causes beyond such parties’ control, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the Contest or to perform under these Official Rules.
